1. The Offer
MestyaTech (a trading name of Mestyanek Technologies Ltd) offers a one-time credit of $200 NZD (the "MestyaCheque") towards the total project cost of a new Ajax security system installation.

3. How to Claim
The MestyaCheque will be issued via email upon our confirmation of the 50% deposit payment. It must be presented to your installer on the day of installation to be redeemed.
4. Redemption
The MestyaCheque is a one-time credit valid for the total project cost, which can include the base package and any additional devices or accessories. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 A 50% deposit is required to secure an installation date and the MestyaCheque offer. An invoice for the deposit will be issued upon booking.
5.2 The remaining balance will be formally invoiced upon completion of the installation.
5.3 The final invoice is due in full within 7 days of the invoice date.
6. Ownership & Non-Payment
6.1 Ownership of the installed Ajax security system hardware remains with MestyaTech until the total outstanding balance has been paid in full by the Customer.
6.2 In the event of non-payment of the final balance by the due date, MestyaTech reserves the right to remotely suspend or disable the system until the outstanding amount is settled. The Customer acknowledges that a non-functioning system may leave their property unprotected.
